Sessions are located at my office in Carlstadt, NJ, or online if you live in New Jersey. The first session after the consultation will be 60 minutes. Each session after that will be 45-50 minutes.
Please contact me via phone (201-298-3687), email ([email protected]), or using my online calendar to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. I will respond to your request within 48 hours. During the initial consultation, I will ask you questions as well as provide you with information to determine if my services are the right fit for you. If my services are not the right fit for you, I will provide you with referral resources, if available.
My fee is per session, payable by cash, credit card, or PayPal.
I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please confirm coverage with your insurance company.
If you have another insurance provider with out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with an insurance reimbursement statement (superbill) so that your insurance company can reimburse you according to their out-of-network rates. Please contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage.
You can also use Better as an easy way to get reimbursed for your sessions. They charge a small fee from the reimbursement returned to you.
Optional text message reminders are sent a day in advance to remind you of scheduled appointments.
Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
